Breathe Trust Connect

Breathe Trust Connect is a support programme for parents who have had a child removed through care proceedings or adoption. If that has happened to you, you may be living with grief, anger, shame or confusion. You might feel judged, misunderstood or unsure who to trust. BTC offers a safe, steady space where you can slow things down, talk honestly about what’s happened, and be met with respect.

Many parents who experience the loss of a child have also lived through trauma, loss or instability in their own lives. Too often, people are expected to cope alone. BTC exists to offer support earlier, before patterns repeat or things reach crisis point. It helps you understand your story, recognise your strengths, and begin to think about what your future looks like.
